Once upon a time, 10 years ago, I had a few film cameras. Now, I knowww I took more than these top 3 but heaven only knows what happened to them between all the moving we did in the past decade. The photos that were taken at our wedding were from disposable cameras. I printed out “I Spy” lists for my nieces and nephews and gave them disposable cameras so they could be my little photographers. I have no idea what was on the list; something like “a picture of the bride and groom, flowers, dancing”, etc. While the lighting, or lack there of, has me cringing a little, I do love the film look and have recently started adapting that love into the way I edit.
I’m always chasing nostalgia.
